For foreigners whose residence qualification has been cancelled by the Chinese public security organ due to violation of Chinese laws, the employer shall terminate the labor contract, and the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs shall revoke their Foreigner Work Permit.
