这是2026年的日期要求

fiscal year,2026 will start on October 1st

在这个日期之后开始工作是没有问题的

so your work start date will be after this

现在为了保证H1B的发行数量

now in order to be counted towards H1B cap

如果你在美国

if you are in the United States

只要更改了这个身份名额就被用掉了

you change status to this and then that would count

但是如果你在国外

but if you are abroad

只有你人到了美国以后完成身份的转换

your visa will be counted,only after you get that visa

这个名额才算被使用了

and you come with it to the United States

不可以过一两年再激活，如果你在美国境内的话，直接转身份（就可以）

如果你不在美国的话，需要去领馆面试，

你不用你的名额的话，这个就会回到H1B原始的分配池里

如果有很多人没有使用抽到的名额

就会有第二轮H1B的抽签对吗?
