Print Application Information

When you come for your interview, we ONLY need your printed Confirmation Page. Please do not bring the entire printed application to the Embassy or Consulate.

If you wish, you may choose to print the entire application for your own records. However, we strongly suggest that you keep your printed copy secure. Do not offer it to any other person, as this may compromise your personal information.
